B.S (Honors) 4 Years Degree Program

From acedemic Session Sep 2010, Govt. College Sahiwal has stopped offering 2 years B.A, B.Sc. Degree program. In replacement of this, 4 years B.S (Honors) Degree program is being offered under affiliation with BZU Multan. This degree would be equilent to M.A, M.Sc. and the students are elidgible to get admission in M.S and M.Phill in any university of Pakistan.

The subject combination and the course contents of different B.S 4 years program will be available from the concerend department according to the criterai of HEC

Post Graduate Classes

Admission in nine disciplines at Postgraduate level is offered in the subjects English, Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Political Science & Urdu. Admission regulations are as under:-

In all the subjects, "Open Merit" is observed for male & female students.
While preparing the merit list, policy of the Punjab Government is followed. Merit of the students is established on the following criterion.
Marks obtained in B.A./B.Sc. in the related subjects.
Divisions secured in Matriculation, Intermediate and Degree classes.
Written test
Interview
No student will be entertained to take the admission test without CNIC (computerized national I.D. card)
Original documents are verified at the time of interview.
Merit lists are displayed on the college notice board only.
Deposit of Fee and Dues

Fee and college dues will be deposited on fixed dates. Special permission by the Principal will be required for the extension of payment of college dues which can only be granted on the written application of the guardian. If a student does not pay his/her dues on the due date, he/she will have to pay the fine along with the actual dues. If a student does not pay dues till the last date, his./her name will be not be considered for admission. No excuse of leave or absence from the college will be accepted for non-payment of fee. The roll No. slip to the 1st year students will be issued after the payment of dues for 2nd year.
